- The Access Number will no longer be required to log into your account.
- The User ID will be your existing username with the last 4 digits of your SSN (Personal Accounts) or EIN (Business Accounts) added to it.
- Customer: John Smith – SSN 555-55-5556
- New User ID: jsmith5556
- Customer: First Data – EIN 555-55-6668 – User: John Smith
- New User ID: jsmith6668

What do I have to do?
Current Internet Banking Customers:
- Create Security Questions - Your old security questions will be eliminated; now you will be able to create your own questions and answers.
- Online Agreement - We’re updating our online agreement. We will ask you to read and accept the first time logging in the new system.
- No password change - Your password will remain the same.
